Product Availability and Delivery - Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Calzados Obach shall not guarantee the availability of any product in online store. Calzados Obach reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to change, suspend or discontinue the manufacture of any product available.

Calzados Obach shall not be responsible for the delay or unmet fulfilment of the order if the delay or failure to perform are due to any circumstance that is beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation but not limited to, strikes, state of emergency local or national, interruption of transportation or supply of energy, natural disasters, etc.

Return policy

Merchandise return will be accepted within 7 days of receipt and which have been authorized by Calzados Obach.

The process for claiming defective merchandise and to avoid incurring unnecessary costs is:

  1. Send a photo of the defective product to info@calzadosobach.com.
  2. Indicate the product defect.
  3. Indicate the number and order date and invoice number issued by Calzados Obach.

In case the merchandise is returned due to being defective, Calzados Obach will replace the such.

If your order has been damaged because of transportation or would contain a manufacturing error, you have a period of 7 working days to return it from the date of delivery.

We shall not accept the return of products with damage caused by neglect or misuse, without packaging or missing accessories/items, if any. Nor can we accept the return of any product which has already been used.
